A poem.. 4give me i haven't written a poem ina while

With all the emotions that I have be it good or be it sad.
There's only 2 things to grab and that's my pen and my pad.
I have few things that I would like to address.
So just let me run my mouth it's something I do best.
If you are what you eat then I know alot of dudes that are pussy.
Not saying that every dude has to be a wussy.
But if your good at what you do then just leave it at that.
I promise she'll rave to her friends about how ur head game is phat.
But enough of that.. what did i come here to say.
Oh yea the question that people ask my every single day.
Rap and poetry just gotta be they same?
I say lyrically yes, but their two different games.
Rap and poems are for the pop world.
Hip hop and poetry are for the under ground lords.
Hip hop is and art, it's ok to do it for fun.
If the rapper doesn't see money he grabs his pad and runs.
To many rappers out here rapping about nothing.
And wonder why the money was just a fling.
You don't have to be hard to rap so don't let that be your angle
There are plenty of wannabe's, be yourself don't get into the game all tangled.
For your info the shade of hip hop is multicolored.
It doesn't matter where your from, we don't have to smother one color.
With all that said people still won't listen.
Tryna make a dollar steady baking in the kitchen.
I cn't knock no one's hussle, do what you do.
But before you think about yourself think about what you do effects the people around you.
Everyone so stuck on them selves, not knowing that if you don't help with whats goin on.... yourself and how you do things will be changed as well.
Just because nobody cared for you doesn't mean you can't care for somebody else.
If you have more than enough to go around share the wealth.
Whether it be money food time, or just being your damn self.
I wrote this because this I how I feel inside.
I guess it's time to release the feelings and let them join the ride.
Now this is not the ride for bandwaggoners.. i have no time for them.
These are for folk who want to be inspired, who want to take the basket all the way to the rim.
Dreaming isn't a bad thing unless you dn't act on it.
Change the world, you can do it baby steps, may take a while but you'll get it.
