A short poem... b/c it ended so quickly

I told him to beam me up, and I thought he was down.

Said give me laughter, sadly smiles became frowns.

We had somethings in common, could coversate about anything.

Even started liking the guy , got engaged without the ring.

When he said transportation wasn't an issue, I was dumb enough to believe him.

I guess he got bored with me , All lights have to go dim.

He was different so I thought, Guess I thought wrong.

That's the way it goes, it was hyped up like a one hit wonder song.

I know that it's over, sweat it?? Never crossed my mind. Another chapter to the novel, your Strengthing my grind.

I would like to say I did have fun, thats all you can ask for I guess.

If I could just have a coversation with you... That wouldn't only make my day...It would mean soo much more.
I would have to bump into.. b/c the whole fb thing is.. Not real enough.
Since I was a freshmen hearing your name made me smile.But i was an underclassmen, just tryna find her way.
Now your looks are something out of the ordinary.Tall... like a tree I would climb.. if i wasnt scared of falling off.Not dark or light skin but brown.. Smooth like milk chocolate with the hint of caramel.Smiles wit no teeth, but there's no need to what he gives is just enough.
I've seen your outside.. and I want you to let me in..Your mind, soul... and maybe if the path leads it there maybe even your stomach. b/c you know what they say a way to a mans.. well u know it .
But That whole 4-letter word thing is not even why I want to even have a convo.I've never got a chance to bump into you and even say hi.

I remember from high school, even seen you play some in college.. So it's been like 1 1/2 months or smthg like that.

I've just been going through alot.

I should of came to you and released my stress but ... It was hard for me to even talk about it.

I'm still not right with my self. BUT I'm getting there. Fosho!!

I got alot I gotta work on and I hope to GOD things start going well.

I can almost smell it.

I see it, All I gotta do is pedal[ or put in work] Lol Anywho I won't stay away to long anymore.

I just wanna nice date...

My Idea of a Good date is pretty simple.
I'm the most confusing simple coolest lamest goofest person ever. lol

I'm into to spending alot of money.
I mean I'm on the date to get to know you. It's not "See how fast we can spend my paycheck night"
Lol The whole normal date night. Dinner movies. eh it's ok.

I'd Rather Go to the park walk and talk about whatever comes to mind.
Grab a pizza or burgers.
Go back to his crib and play videogames and just have a goodtime.

Or Going to a record store and vibing to artist. Learning what artist we like and dislike.
Then Grab smthg to eat.. [I'm a fat ass so eating is always in my plans]

Anything I don't have to think to much on.

Just hoping in a car and the guy already knowing what were doing.

Riding around in a car tryna decided what were gonna do for 15 minutes is NOT how I wanna start my date [Sadly thats how they go]

I like spending time having fun and eatn . Lol One day this will change!! one day
